When we’re not whipping up fabulous recipes, we can be found exploring new cuisine, or perfecting family recipes passed down through generations. With her Parents as a huge inspiration Chef Sabrina Wade has learned how to appreciate the different flavors of the world. With her Dad being Algerian and her Mother being Moroccan, Sabrina has smelled, tasted and learned to love spices. While traveling and watching her mother, (who is an amazing chef) intently in the kitchen, she grew having a love of homemade food. The various flavor combinations, the joy of being with family at large gatherings, the look of excitement when someone takes that first bite are all motivation for creating our catered events.
